Online purchases
We offer 30 days from the day of delivery to return any unopened, new and unused items. This does not include items that are cut to length. Any promotional items or free gifts must also be returned.

In-Store Purchases
You have 30 days from the date of purchase, to return any unopened, new and unused items, along with proof of purchase. This does not include items that are cut to length. Any promotional items or free gifts must also be returned.
For machines purchased through part exchange, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a unopened, new and unused machine along with proof of purchase for a refund of the amount paid and your old machine back.
Faulty Items
For any faulty items, we can offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, so long as the fault is not due to accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear and in all intact packaging.
If more than 30 days have passed since receipt, please contact us to find out what we can offer.
If you think your machine is faulty, contact us in the first instance.
Exceptions
- Items cut to length for each order such as fabric, ribbon and elastic cannot be returned. We class these as ‘made to order’ and are therefore exempt, unless faulty.
- Machines purchased through finance, cannot be returned if the repayments have started.
- Software included with a machine, or purchased separately, cannot be returned once opened.
