How do I return an item?

You need to raise a return request by:

  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Choose the order you wish to return and click on Return Request
  • Select the items and quantity to return 
  • Choose a return reason and add a note - the more details we have the better.
  • Click on Return request and you will receive a confirmation that your request has been sent, both on-screen and by email
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with guidelines on how to return

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact

Which items are non-returnable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Purchases over 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery
  • Any items that are cut to length
  • Machines purchased through finance where the repayments have already started
  • Software included with a machine, or purchased separately once opened.

The item I received is damaged!

If a product has arrived damaged, reach out to us within 72 hours of the delivery date.

Can the items be exchanged?

At this time we can only offer exchanges on machine purchases.

How do I send back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing your return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days after approval.
