But don&#x2019;t worry&#x2014;you can still return it once it arrives (see below).<h2 id="returning-an-order-after-delivery">Returning an Order (After Delivery)</h2>If your order has been delivered and you want to return it, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. That&#x2019;s more than double the 14 days required by UK law.To qualify for a full refund:<ul><li style="font-family: Inter;">Items must be unused and in original condition.</li><li style="font-family: Inter;">Keep items in their original packaging, where possible.</li><li style="font-family: Inter;">Any free promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned. If they are not returned, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.</li></ul>If you return all items within 14 days of delivery, you&#x2019;re covered under your statutory right to cancel.
