What support do I get when purchasing a Husqvarna?
Since 1872 Husqvarna Viking has been at the forefront of sewing innovation. Their goal has always been to spread the joy of sewing through high-end machines. They encourage you to get going with your machine through ‘Be Insipred’ where you will find lots of inspiration, projects and a learning centre. They have tailored support for each machine model including any software updates, troubleshooting and helpful tips. You can find all this here.
Warranty Information
For your peace of mind, Husqvarna offer a warranty with all new machines to protect against any manufacturing faults and defects during the warranty period. However this subject to the machine being used and maintained according to the supplied manual. You must retain the original packaging for the purposes of transporting your machine.
The warranty is not transferable, it is valid only for the original purchaser from new.

The above warranty periods only apply to machines in normal domestic use, machines used for teaching or commercial purposes have a 6 month warranty.
Can I extend the warranty period?
The warranty periods detailed above are the maximum amount of years available, they cannot be extended.
Is everything covered by the warranty?
Accidental damage and wear and tear are excluded, as is timing and consumable parts such as needle threaders, needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates, light bulbs, blades, belts, presser feet, tools and embroidery frames.
How do I register my machine?
We can register the warranty on your behalf. Just let us know the serial number of your machine along with your name, address and email address. We will confirm by email when the registration is completed.

How do I request for warranty work to be carried out?
If you think your machine is faulty please contact us us in the first instance, as we may be able to help overcome any issues you are experiencing. Our aim is to help save you time and money in diagnosing and fixing problems so that you are not left out of pocket, or without the use of your new sewing machine for any length of time and without the expense of sending it back to us.
