What Support Can I Expect When Purchasing a baby lock Machine?

Warranty information
All new Baby Lock machines are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty protecting against manufacturing faults and defects. This applies when the machine is used and maintained according to the instructions in the supplied manual.
⚠️ Important: Please keep the original packaging in case the machine needs to be returned for repair.
Key Warranty Details:
- Standard warranty: 2 years (parts & labour)
- Domestic use only - commercial/teaching use: 1 year
- Educational discount machines: No warranty
🛠 The Sewing Studio is an authorised Janome service centre. We carry out warranty repairs in-house, so if anything goes wrong, our expert technicians can take care of it for you.
Can the Warranty Be Extended?
Yes. select Baby Lock machines are eligible for an additional 2-year extension when registered within three months of purchase.

- Aspire
- Acclaim
- Enlighten
- Victory
- Enspire
- Euphoria
- Cover Stitch,
- Primo
Important:
- Extended warranty available in the UK only.
- Registration after three months from purchase date will not qualify for the extension.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or general wear and tear
- Timing issues
- Consumables and minor parts such as:
- Needle threaders, needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
- Light bulbs, blades, belts, presser feet, embroidery frames, and tools
How Do I Register My Machine?
You can also register your machine online on Baby Lock's Website
To activate the extended warranty:
- Complete the Baby Lock questionnaire within three months of purchase.
- Provide your machine details as required during registration.
