What Support Can I Expect When Purchasing a Pfaff machine?

Since 1872, Husqvarna Viking has been leading sewing innovation, creating high-quality machines to inspire creativity.

Through the Husqvarna Website you can access:

  • mySewnet – A subscription-based embroidery software and design library to expand your machine’s potential.

  • Support Access – Troubleshooting guides and direct customer support.

At The Sewing Studio, we’re also here to support you after your purchase. If you run into any issues or have questions, our team is just a phone call or email away. We’ve also created our own troubleshooting guides to help you solve common problems quickly and confidently.

Warranty Information

All new Husqvarna machines are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing faults and defects during the warranty period. This applies when the machine is used and maintained according to the user manual. Please retain the original packaging for safe transportation.

Please note, the warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

⚠️ Important: Please keep the original packaging in case the machine needs to be returned for repair.

The above warranty periods only apply to machines in normal domestic use, machines used for teaching or commercial purposes have a 6 month warranty.

🛠 The Sewing Studio is an authorised Janome service centre. We carry out warranty repairs in-house, so if anything goes wrong, our expert technicians can take care of it for you.

Can the Warranty Be Extended?

The warranty periods listed above are the maximum and cannot be extended.

What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or wear and tear
  • Timing issues
  • Consumables and minor parts such as: 
    • Needle threaders, needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
    • Light bulbs, blades, belts, presser feet, embroidery frames, and tools

How Do I Register My Machine?

The Sewing Studio can register your warranty on your behalf. Provide your machine’s serial number along with your name, address, and email address and we will confirm registration by email.
