What Support Can I Expect When Purchasing a Pfaff machine?

At The Sewing Studio, we’re also here to support you after your purchase. If you run into any issues or have questions, our team is just a phone call or email away. We’ve also created our own troubleshooting guides to help you solve common problems quickly and confidently.
Warranty Information
All new Pfaff machines are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, protecting against manufacturing faults and defects during the warranty period. This applies when the machine is used and maintained in line with the instructions in the user manual. Please retain the original packaging for safe transportation.
Please note, the warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
⚠️ Important: Please keep the original packaging in case the machine needs to be returned for repair.

The above warranty periods only apply to machines in normal domestic use; machines used for teaching or commercial purposes have a 6-month warranty.
🛠 The Sewing Studio is an authorised Janome service centre. We carry out warranty repairs in-house, so if anything goes wrong, our expert technicians can take care of it for you.
Can the Warranty Be Extended?
The warranty periods listed above are the maximum and cannot be extended.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or wear and tear
- Timing issues
- Consumables and minor parts such as:
- Needle threaders, needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, needle plates
- Light bulbs, blades, belts, presser feet, embroidery frames, and tools
How Do I Register My Machine?
The Sewing Studio can register your warranty on your behalf. Provide your machine’s serial number along with your name, address, and email address and we will confirm registration by email.
